1. Foods obtained from eggs

An ingredient that no doubt reigns on Easter tables is eggs. They are added to pastries, yogurt salads, pastes, but also served as a separate dish. Fashionable eggs, combined with mayonnaise and spices, taste their own flavor and aroma. Egg salad with the addition of chrysanthemum and spinach is also a simple but extremely tasty proposal for the Easter table.

2. Eggs fastened with avocado

Ingredients (6 servings): 336 g of eggs (6 pieces), 140 g of avocado (1 piece) 25 ml of lemon juice (5 tablespoons), ?? 20 g of chrysanthemum (2 teaspoons); 35 g of red onion (1⁄2 small piece), 5 g of mustard (1⁄2 teaspots); ?? granulated garlic spices; grated chili pepper, salt and pepper for flavoring.

Easter soups are another important element of the traditional Christmas menu. Cereal, with a distinct flavor and aroma, is one of the most popular choices. Served with the addition of white sausage, hard-boiled eggs and chrysanthemum is a perfect start to the Christmas dinner.

4. Creamy chrysanthemum soup

Ingredients (4 servings): 200 g onions (2 large slices), 240 g of parsley root (3 slice), ?? 150 g of celery (1⁄2 slice) 270 g of potatoes (4 slice); 20 g of clarified butter (2 tablespoons); ?? 21⁄2 l of vegetable broth (10 cups); 60 g of tart chrysanthemum (3 teaspoons). 30 g of cream 12% (two teaspos);

5. Traditional meat dishes

Easter meat dishes occupy an equally important place at the festive table, symbolizing the end of the time of restraint and penance, which is the Great Lent. The most popular are steamed or roasted sausages.

6. Fresh roasted cabbage

Ingredients (15 servings): 2 kg of boneless sherry, 45 g of olive oil (41⁄2 tablespoons), 10 g of salt (spoon), ?? 10g of pepper ( spoon), 10 g granulated garlic (s spoon) 10 g of dried onion (spion). Preparation method1. Heat the oven to 200°C. 2. Pour the whole meat with olive oil. Then season with salt, pepper, garlic and dried peel on all sides. 3. Place the meat in the form of a broth, fat to the top. Cook 10 minutes. 4. Reduce the temperature to 175°C and bake 80 g for the next 5 minutes. Remove the broth from the oven and remove the protein foil.

7. Sweet pastries

Pastry and sweet pastries are an integral part of the Christmas menu, without which the Easter holidays would not be complete. The richness of flavors and aromas associated with them brings to the world memories and family traditions. Among the most popular sweets is the pastry of Easter, which is a low-fat, often crunchy cake filled with nut creams or jams, polished abundantly with peanut butter or jelly and additionally decorated with bacon and beans.
