Amino acids what they are, division, function, role in the body

Amino acids are a very broad and extremely diverse group of chemical compounds. They have many important functions in the body. The most important information about amino acids is that their proper combinations form a protein the building block of the organism.

1. What are amino acids?

From a chemical point of view, amino acids (amino acids) are an extensive group of organic compounds with a common characteristic of having at least one basic amino group and one acid hydroxyl group in a molecule. For this reason, amino acid belongs to the amfolite group of compounds that behave at the same time as acids and principles. Amino acid are the building blocks of almost all protein structures. However, it turns out that only 20 of the 300 amino acid molecules that have so far fulfilled the function of a building block.

2. Amino acids distribution

The most important is the division of primary protein amino acids into endogenous and exogeneous (this division applies to the majority of vertebrae, there is no such division in plants): Endogeneous aminoacids are those that the human body can produce on its own, without the need to be taken up with human sources. However, there are also endogenized amino acid, amino acid asparagine, amino amino acid examines, amino amines including glutamate, asparaginine, glutino acids, glucosides, nitroglycerin, nitric acid, and nitric oxide. In the case of human beings, it is necessary to produce the same amino acid in the same quantity as the amino acid.

3. Amino acids function and role in the body

It is an exogenous amino acid found in human proteins. It is a component of serotonin, commonly known as the hormone of happiness. The body is converted into melatonin, the hormone responsible for the proper functioning of the cyclic cycle. Treatment of tryptophan is essential for proper function of the nervous system. It has an effect on the regulation of the skin's amino acid function. It supplies amino acids to the body's main sources of nutrients and proteins, and it is essential to the maintenance of the body. It provides essential nutrients for the digestive and metabolic processes of the brain.

4. Amino acids use

Isoleucine, leucine and valine form a branched group of amino acids commonly known as BCAAs. They are exogenous amino acides found in large quantities in protein-containing products (both animal and plant). BCAA deficiencies in the population are extremely rare, occurring only in people who consume too few proteins in general or in patients with severe metabolic disorders. They occur in large amounts in adult human proteins (either animal or vegetable). Amino acids are added to the body by adding amino acid sequences to body weight products.
