Alternative to tea ideas for warm-up drinks

The time of year and the weather strongly influence our dietary preferences. When the temperature outside rises, coolers and light vegetable salads are more likely to land on tables, and when the thermometer's index drops below zero, all sorts of snacks and foods are more popular. Similarly, with the arrival of the month of October, smoothie and lemonade replaces warm tea.

1. It's golden milk

It is a beverage traditionally derived from Ayurveda (Indian medicine) and has a positive effect on the nervous system and some parameters of the metabolic system (e.g. glucose or cholesterol levels in the blood). It contains curcuminides, primarily curcumine. When combined with other root spices, such as onions and peppers, it combines perfectly with saliva.
