1. It's sailing

5. It's a mountain climb

This sport primarily increases the belief in one's own abilities. Even in the low Tatars it is a rather reckless idea to go on a tour in adidas. Climbing is divided into ordinary mountain climbing and mountaineering. Mountain climbing greatly contributes to the production of happiness hormones in the body. Proper clothing is necessary for climbing. Shoes should be fixed in ankles. The second requires more experience, involves sticking to chains and traveling in a multi-person team. The feeling of pleasure increases as much as possible when reaching the assumed peak.
