1. The effect of alcohol on the human body

Regular consumption of alcoholic beverages can lead to: weakening of the immune system, liver damage and increased risk of developing alcoholic fatty liver disease, being overweight and obese, brain disorders, developing depression and anxiety, development of cancerous changes, especially cancer of the oral cavity, throat, colon, breast and liver, damage to the fetus and the development of an alcoholic fetal syndrome (FAS).

The ingredients: 120 g of pineapple, 40 g of coconut cream, 2 glasses of ice cream. Decorate with a piece of Pineapple. Put all the ingredients in a blender dish and mix to get a smooth consistency.
