A full breakfast is an important meal of the day and should not be forgotten. A nutritious version or a sweet one? This is a question that many people ask themselves every day. The choice often falls on sandwiches because they seem to be the fastest to prepare.

Oats are often underestimated and forgotten as a cereal product. Sometimes they have a number of health benefits, so it's worth considering them on the daily menu. They come from ordinary oats. In the production process, lightning and mountain oats are produced. The former have a higher degree of processing than the latter, causing them to lose some of their nutritional properties. Sometimes oats have a lot of vitamin and mineral properties, such as C and iron. They are used in the preparation of oatmeal, carbohydrates, cereals, and other foods. The latter also have a greater effect on the health of the oats than the others, so they can be found in the diet. They can also help to increase the effectiveness of these foods.

2. How to make a full-fledged meal

In the case of oats, the basis is oatmeal, which provides complex carbohydrates and dietary fiber. Fresh fruits, like oats are a valuable source of vitamins and minerals. Due to the content of polyphenols, strawberries are particularly recommended: blueberries, berries, cassava, raspberries, cherries or porridge. Oats should also include protein-rich foods, which are the main building blocks of the blood.

3. Red oatmeal

If you don't have enough time to bake the cake, you can make the oatmeal à la carrot with apples. Apples contain a significant amount of dietary fiber that regulates the digestive tract, and they have a low glycemic index, so they are a healthier and less calorific source for diabetics, such as vitamin C, bone marrow and phosphorus.

4. Creamy oatmeal with coconut leaf and pineapple

Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that is involved in the digestion of protein. It is also a source of vitamin C, thiamine and manganese, so it should be included in your daily diet. This fruit combines perfectly with coconut milk, and the addition of a buildup will make the onion a creamy consistency.

5. Roasted oatmeal and raspberries

An alternative to a traditional oatmeal is baked oats, which can be prepared on a free weekend or evening and only need to be heated in the morning. It may also resemble a healthy cake or cupcake, so it is best to use a small cupcake to prepare it. The addition of oats will give the oats even more nutritional value because these fruits are high in dietary fiber.

6. Oatmeal with chia seeds

Oatmeal is ideal for people who want to sleep longer or who have little time to prepare breakfast in the morning. It is good to add chia seeds or flaxseeds that will nourish them overnight. Chia seeds are considered superfoods (non-processed foods that have a beneficial effect on the body's functioning) contain omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and mineral ingredients and are also antioxidants.

7. It's an unusual oatmeal with cinnamon

Cooking vegetables in oats can be surprising, but it's a good idea to smuggle them into the menu, especially for children. This is a great choice for a sugarcane, carrot, or cinnamon breakfast. Cucumbers are low in calories and at the same time high in vitamins and minerals.
